Paredes also points out that university studies are essential for developing a professional career and highlights the importance that postgraduate studies are acquiring, which, in her opinion, are essential for strengthening and consolidating legal knowledge. Furthermore, postgraduate studies are spaces for reflection and decision making that enable a better orientation of professional performance' she says.
The lawyer and partner at ONTIER Peru concludes her interview affirming that one of the challenges lawyers face is to be up-to-date with the new trends and criteria that reality imposes on the profession.
