Lawyer by San Martin de Porres University (2014) with a certification in Corporative Labor Law through the Specialization Program for Executives in Corporative Law by ESAN University (2014). Nowadays he is doing a Master Degree in Labor Law and Social Security at Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru.
In November of 2014 he joined the ONTIER Labor Law Department. His professional experience is focus on legal representation of labor proceedings before the Judges of the Superior Courts of Lima, Lambayeque, La Libertad, among others parts of Peru; as well as inspective proceedings before the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection (SUNAFIL).
He also provides legal advice to different Companies, according to the dimension or the productive sector where them belong (As MSEs’, agriculture, civil construction, etc.), as well as Government Entities, designing their politics about: Direct and indirect employment contracts, working hours, breaks, reduced wage labor cost and efficient separation structures.
He does audits which has as its objective to evaluate the employment status of the client and drafts the action plan to reduce or eliminate the identified contingences.
He has published few articles about the subject on Thomson Reuter’s Labor Advisory.
Finally, he speaks Spanish as his mother tongue and has an advanced level of English.
